  • Reading lens add‑on: +1–2 business days for assembly and quality check.
  • Cut‑off time: Orders placed after 14:00 PT ship the next business day.

  • Preorders/backorders: We’ll email an ETA and ship as soon as stock arrives.

Tracking & Delivery

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Shipments to PO Boxes/APO/FPO are sent via USPS services where eligible.
  • Split shipments: If items ship from different facilities, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.

International & Customs

  • We ship to most regions worldwide. Available services and costs appear at checkout.
  • Duties & taxes: Depending on your country, import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees may be due on delivery.
  • Some destinations may offer prepaid duties/taxes (DDP) at checkout; otherwise, shipments are sent DDU and fees are collected by the carrier on arrival.
  • Refusal of delivery due to duties/taxes will be treated as a return; original shipping and any return fees may be non‑refundable.
  • We cannot ship to embargoed or restricted countries and certain remote zones may experience longer transit times.

Delays, Loss & Damage

  • Carrier delays from weather or operational issues are outside our control but we’ll help escalate where possible.
  • Mark as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours. If still missing, contact us for a trace.
  • Report damaged or lost packages within 7 days of delivery scan or final update for investigation and replacement options.
  • Photographs of packaging and product may be required for claims.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t left our facility, we’ll update it. After dispatch, changes may be limited to a carrier intercept and are not guaranteed.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO?

Yes—eligible orders ship via USPS services. Some expedited options may require a physical address.

Do you ship internationally and who pays duties/taxes?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are determined by your country. If prepaid options aren’t available at checkout, you’ll pay these fees to the carrier upon delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please photograph the box, inner packaging, and product and contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund and file a carrier claim.
